Street Light Outage Reporting:Street light outages may be reported online at OncorStreetLight.com by calling Oncor's 24-hour outage hotline at 888.313.4747 or by sending an email to email@example.com.
Please provide basic contact information in case they need additional information or clarification so that we can locate and repair the light quickly. In the event of a broken pole, Oncor contractors have 30 days to install a replacement.
