Northeast Tarrant's Annual Family 4th

Posted on June 13, 2016 at 2:42 PM by Kevin Song

July4Come celebrate our country’s most patriotic holiday on Monday, July 4th, at the annual Northeast Tarrant Family 4th Celebration and Fireworks Show.
This year’s celebration will feature a free concert (8-9 p.m.) with contemporary country music sensation Derek Anthony.  Food, Fun and Entertainment for the whole family will start at 5 p.m. near The Hills Shopping Center with kid’s activities, a salute to veterans, stage performances of local talent and plenty of food and drink.  Later in the evening, enjoy the best area fireworks show with plenty of dazzling and stunning pyrotechnics starting at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Fireworks can be viewed from the parking lots of the Wiley G. Thomas Coliseum, 6108 Broadway Avenue in Haltom City, and The Hills Shopping Center, 6351 Boulevard 26 in North Richland Hills. (Both are located south of Loop 820 near the intersection of Boulevard 26 and Broadway Avenue.)

Parking will be available on a first come first served basis, so plan to come early.  Vehicles will not be allowed to park along the street.
Feel free to bring chairs, blankets, and games for the family to play while waiting for the fireworks.  However, no outdoor cooking or grilling devices and no alcohol or personal fireworks will be permitted.  In the event of inclement weather, all festivities and the fireworks show will be rescheduled to Tuesday, July 5th.
This free patriotic event is made possible thanks to the support of The Cities of Haltom City, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, and Watauga as well as the event title sponsors: Five Star Ford and North Hills Hospital.
