Choosing to participate in the Northeast Tarrant Teen Court (NETTC) is a win-win situation for communities, parents and youths. Youths get to keep the ticket off of their record and youths / parents don't pay the associated fine. Even better, it provides teenagers an opportunity to learn about the judicial system and a chance to give back to their community by performing volunteer hours. This experience can be included on a resume and/or on college applications.
