The Fit Pass gives you access to all classes listed on an unlimited basis for an entire month.

$25 per month
$15 for seniors (ages 60 and over)

B.C. BODY WORKS:
 A full body workout!

ZUMBA: This Latin American dance workout is high energy and lots of fun.  You will learn easy to follow dance combinations that will work every part of your body. There are moves that will challenge your body.

SPIN CLASS: Non impact, high energy workout that is full of cardio with a great lower body workout. Cycling intervals are incorporated throughout the workout.

YOGA: This class focuses on the Yoga discipline that utilizes postures and breathing techniques. This form of yoga  is considered  a “workout” yoga and offers a range of health benefits.

A.M. WORKOUT CLUB: This class provides a great workout program for individuals who want to workout in the morning hours. Join the fun and make a positive lifestyle change.
