RecordsThe primary function of the Records Division is document retention, storage, destruction, and retrieval of both electronic and manual records. The Records Division is responsible for answering the main phones and staffing the reception area of the main lobby. 

Other services include requests for open records materials, processing and approval of reports to include accident reports, local records checks, and monthly statistical reports. 

The Records Division's hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
